“What is the never-ending horizon of hope?” God reveals to me by whispering in the ear, “…know that you can, and rest assure you have everything you need to take chances, make your own rules, and the power of living like there’s no tomorrow.”
Mindfulness is no ordinary sitting exercise: It is the highest known practice of pranayama, by which we can get ourselves into the bodies and consciously be aware that we can be self-possessed with such cosmic life force arriving at the present moment physically as well as emotionally.
Mindfulness is also a form of giving from receiving; when determination becomes a willingness into action. The body is and has always been the powerhouse to awaken what is made of who we are in communicating with God. The way of mindfulness is a way of detachment – we get out of our minds into the bodies, out of the entanglement into divine clarity, out of the mental architecture into a prosper playground called metta, and thereby out of the clouds into the endless skies.
To solve any kind of problem, it is to re-ignite the lost touch with the somatic experiencing – from a place that is rooted in a place of no place. For instance, if one wants to relieve the depth of unforgiving pains, he or she might want to uncover the source of their internal blockages – what stops one from getting into the temple of his or her body? Notice the mind may prescribe assigned identities or false beliefs that do not belong to their innated needs and wants. Instead, the result of mindfulness directly speaks to the deep heart calling, as a bridging mechanism to expand what the Soul calls to be.
“How do you fill the void of your soul?” An inner quest like this goes around like a woodworm, non-stopping nibble the equilibrium between the heart and the head. What comes to the mind is not always true to the heavenly soul purpose.
“You have not felt the tenny tiny heartbeat of your Soul Truth for a long long time…”
The mind is programmed to keep us safe from being exposed, intrude, hurt… but what truly makes us feel safe inside is not the thoughts but the wavelength of trust that originates from a place of karuna… Be friending with our thoughts but not attach to them perhaps serves the basis of that trustworthy relationship with the body-mind.
“What if the problem of the problem of the problem is the problem we are dealing with?”
God winks at me, “dance with it, you know the answer with ALL you have in your Heart.”
“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
– James Baldwin
Feels like I just woke up
Like all this time I’ve been asleep
Even though it’s not who I am
I’m not afraid of who I used to be
No one stays the same
You know what goes up must come down
Change is a thing you can count on
I feel so much younger now
Feels like I’ve been living in a dream
But never make it to the end
My eyes open when they feel the light
It’s always right before I’m about to scream
