1. 所 以 ，我 们 既 得 了 不 能 震 动 的 国 ， 就 当 感 恩 ，照 神 所 喜 悦 的 ，用 虔 诚 、敬 畏 的 心 侍 奉 神 ，因 为 我 们 的 神 乃 是 烈 火 。

   ²⁸ Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, ²⁹ for our “God is a consuming fire.”

3. 我 们 有 这 指 望 ， 如 同 灵 魂 的 锚 ， 又 坚 固 又 牢 靠 ， 且 通 入 幔 内 ； 做 先 锋 的 耶 稣 既 照 着 麦 基 洗 德 的 等 次 成 了 永 远 的 大 祭 司 ， 就 为 我 们 进 入 幔 内 。
   —希 伯 来 书 6:19-20
   ¹⁹ We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, ²⁰ where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.

   愿 万 国 都 快 乐 欢 呼 ， 因 为 你 必 按 公 正 审 判 万 民 ， 引 导 世 上 的 万 国 。（ 细 拉 ）

7.  因 此 ， 你 们 要 用 上 帝 所 赐 的 全 副 军 装 装 备 自 己 ， 好 在 邪 恶 的 时 代 抵 挡 仇 敌 ， 到 争 战 结 束 后 依 旧 昂 首 挺 立 。 务 要 站 稳 ， 用 真 理 当 作 带 子 束 腰 ， 以 公 义 当 作 护 心 镜 遮 胸， 把 和 平 的 福 音 当 作 鞋 子 穿 在 脚 上 准 备 行 动 。 此 外 ， 还 要 拿 起 信 心 的 盾 牌 ， 好 灭 尽 恶 者 一 切 的 火 箭 。 要 戴 上 救 恩 的 头 盔 ， 紧 握 圣 灵 的 宝 剑 — 上 帝 的 话 。

Prayer, 14 January 2023

感谢父神——感谢你为我们带来美好的清晨和你喜悦的恩惠

感谢圣灵使我们的心苏醒

感谢你无尽的怜悯和眷顾开启我们全新的一天

你是凡有血气者的神，没有你难成的事

你是葡萄树，我们是枝子，葡萄树供应枝子生命和成长所需的一切，我们常在你里面

愿你倾倒你的恩赐和祝福，用你真理的圣灵浇灌我们

用你的爱和恩典——点亮我们谦让的心，使我们充满你的丰盛

慈爱的天父，我们可能不喜欢或不理解我们个人所面对的处境，但请赐予我们力量

让我们在每天面临的挑战中，总要在行为和诚实上来信靠你

当我们受到控制欲或偶像的诱惑时，提醒我们只有耶稣是完美的

神你是我们的救恩，也是能救我们灵魂的道

你在我们前面开路，用你的盔甲保护我们

当我们全心全意依靠你的话寻求力量、方向和平安时

请引导我们，让我们不断地遵行在你的心意中

我祈求你帮助我们避免所有的搅扰，帮助我们的小组成员定睛在你身上

就像运动员奔向终点线一样奔向你，将我们的全部注意力聚焦在你身上

赐平安的神，你必在耶稣基督里保守我们的心怀意念

我祈求今天，你用又坚固又牢靠的盼望、和平、自由和丰富的喜乐充满我们的内心

也祈求我们能更加意识到你就在我们的身边

必照你荣耀的丰富在基督耶稣里使我们一切所需用的都充充足足

用你的灵使我们知罪，并赐给我们力量和恩典来依靠你——相信你胜过一切

万军之神，感谢你作我们的盾牌

世界上有邪恶围绕着我们，有些我们看得见，有些只能感觉到

但是上帝，你看到正在发生的事情，因为你在掌管一切

保护我们免受敌人和敌人的攻击

我们看不到的事情，你做到了

所以，帮助我们每天顺服你，行在你的旨意中，使我们安息在你的盾牌，上帝的护庇下

戴上救恩的头盔，紧握圣灵的宝剑

祈求你帮助我们卸下一切重担、焦虑、遗憾、拖延、恐惧、失落、内疚、沮丧、羞耻……

你的智慧超乎我们的理解，你的爱难以测度

你给了我们宽恕的力量，你有能力消除误解、纷争

你帮助我们，我们的心充满了喜悦

你赐给我们一颗充满感恩的心

感谢你赐下圣灵的应许

你是我们生命中唯一的保护者，唯一的向导，唯一的救(赎)主

你是永不动摇的神——唯一永远长存的就是上帝你的爱

你的恩惠将持续到永恒，即使在我们经历最黑暗的夜晚，你的爱仍留在我们身上

求圣灵保守、求主加添我们力量和信心，带领我们小组

将众弟兄姊妹的平安、健康、婚姻、工作、睡眠、家庭和睦-、属灵生命、生活、希望

和全部都仰望交托在你的手中，带领我们分享你的爱和良善，按照你为我们制定的计划

赐给我们智慧，让我们清楚地从你的角度看待生活，并赐予我们辨别力

使我们知道该走哪条路，该说什么不该说什么，以及下一步你会让我们做什么正确的事

愿我们无论处境如何，无论有何种挑战，都充满神的丰盛，如鹰展翅上腾

亲爱的上帝，感谢你通过耶稣赐给我们的一切

帮助我们以一种令你喜悦和荣耀的方式生活

愿我们所做的一切都荣耀你的名

愿荣耀归给我们的父神

我们要称谢你，直到永远
